Led a team of project managers and design consultants in delivering the Order of Magnitude study, pre-feasibility and feasibility phases, Approval for Expenditure (AFE), and full project execution for the greenfield development of the Wabush 3 iron ore mine. Oversaw multidisciplinary coordination, engineering design integration, and performance monitoring to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely delivery of this major capital investment.
